There are always so many fun things to do in TAMPA BAY on the weekend here are a few i wanted to share.
1. Tonight in TAMPA at the Curtis Hixon Park is the Friday Extra Concert Series. Bring you blankets, low back chairs, food, dogs on leashes just NO alcohol. The music starts at 7pm with Kate Reuter www.katereuter.com opening for the Urban Gypsies www.urbangypsiesofflorida.com .
2.The SATURDAY MORNING MARKET in St.Petersburg is a weekly market from 9am-2pm. It is located at 230 1st Street SE St.Petersburg which is the parking lot of Al Lang Stadium. www.saturdaymorningmarket.com The market is celebrating its 10th year and is the southeast's largest outdoor market. There are 130 booths with Arts and Crafts, Gourmet and Prepared Foods, Farm Fresh Produce as well as great weekly LIVE entertainment.
3.This weekend 3/12-3/14/2013 The Original TAMPA BAY Blues Festival is coming to VINOY PARK in St. Petersburg. www.tampabaybluesfest.com the lineup of bands is great but i wanted to point out SUNDAY night @ 8:30pm closing out the show is Trombone Shorty their music is upbeat, high energy, rocking jazz ...NOT to be MISSED ! www.tromboneshorty.com
